Reception opening hours are from 7 am to 9 pm.
To maintain the safety of all our protocols and services are strict and some rooms may be closed, you will find the details below.
Resumption of reservations :
After this necessary closure, we are very happy to have you back.
For a family business like ours, recovery is vital, but it goes without saying that we will do everything necessary to keep everyone safe.
Our hygiene protocols :
We did not wait for the arrival of a pandemic to pay attention to the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises, our priority has always been your safety and well-being!
Here are the many additional measures taken in addition to our protocol of
Reinforced cleaning of handles, switches, remote controls, telephones, keys, bank terminal, ramps and call buttons between each customer.
Everything we leave in the room is disinfected.
Provision of hydroalcoholic gel at reception for hand disinfection upon arrival.
Welcome and departure :
In order to receive you in the best conditions, we ask you:
Tell us your arrival time (between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m., no reception can be done before or after).
To wear a mask throughout the establishment from the age of 6 (the receptionist is entitled to refuse you access to our establishment if this is not the case)
The Sanitary Pass is mandatory to present on arrival.
To respect the sheets and instructions listed on your arrival.
We will ask you to prepare your identity document as well as your bank card.
Unlike before, the inner courtyard can no longer be used as a car park, we invite you to put your car in the car park located a few meters from the hotel in front of the school.
In order to limit contact, your invoice will be sent to you by email early in the morning when you leave.
Payment for your stay will be made when you leave for extras, the room being charged when you book.
Cancellation and postponement of stay :
In the event of re-containment, or on order of prefectural closure, reservations falling during the period concerned will be automatically postponed for the non-exchangeable non-refundable and canceled for the others. For all bookings via our live site only. The rest of the conditions apply.
During your entire stay:
We will ask you to apply barrier gestures in order to respect other customers and all staff.
